Job description:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.
  • Assign leads to existing Channel partners and execute it till closures.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively handle objections and close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales regulations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of tele sales or Channel partner sales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
  • Strong sales negotiation and persuasion abilities.
