Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1 Technical Support Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving technical queries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 35–40 customer calls per day with proper resolution.
- Provide technical support for computers, operating systems (Windows & Mac), and software issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi (other South Indian languages are an added advantage).
- Record and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and professionally.
Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
Basic technical knowledge of computers, OS, and troubleshooting across Windows & Mac platforms.
