Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends Working)
Weekly Off: Fixed Wednesday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Travel Requirement: High (Field Role)
Salary – Upto 9 Lpa + 1 lakh fixed variable.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager – Apartment Sales to drive end-to-end sales across gated apartment societies. This is a field-intensive role focused on managing the complete sales funnel—from lead generation to closures—while ensuring strong execution, customer experience, and revenue achievement.
Purpose of the Role
To drive closures in gated apartment societies by managing a full-cycle apartment sales funnel. The role involves lead generation, executing activation campaigns, maintaining sales hygiene, and achieving revenue targets aligned with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Apartment Onboarding
Identify and engage with gated societies for product/service onboarding
Drive end-to-end closures from initial pitch to installation activation
Build strong relationships with RWAs, facility managers, and key decision-makers - Sales Funnel Management
Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with daily activity tracking
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and activation campaigns
Drive conversions through structured follow-ups and consistent engagement - Meeting & CRM Hygiene
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM tools
Maintain daily logs of meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes
Track funnel movement and performance metrics rigorously - Collections & Recovery Management
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Coordinate with operations team post-installation
Track outstanding payments and proactively escalate delays - Client Experience
Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Minimize escalations during installation and go-live
Act as a single point of contact for client satisfaction
Candidate Profile – Skills & Competencies
Strong field sales experience with proven relationship-building skills
Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
High discipline in CRM usage and reporting hygiene
Strong stakeholder management (RWAs, societies, internal teams)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally for closures
Target-driven with high ownership mindset
Mandatory Requirements
B2B Sales Background is mandatory
Must have handled end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to deal closure)
Experience in full-cycle sales ownership is essential
Candidates from B2C sales backgrounds will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
3–6years of experience in B2B field sales / real estate / apartment or gated community sales
Familiarity with residential societies and local networks
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively and meet daily activity benchmarks
