Working Hours 

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

      Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch

         break

     Fridays: 7:30am to 4.30pm,, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

     Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public

        holidays

Scope of Services 

The Services required are set out as follows:

Duties to support school day to day operations:

a. Prepare teaching resources and materials required for day to day Science lessons based on instructions from staff and SC HOD.

b. Print worksheets or related materials for day to day teaching

c. Tidy and maintain the cleanliness of the 2 Science laboratories.

d. Conduct a stock take of teaching resources in the 2 Science laboratories at least twice a year.

e. Maintain the general cleanliness of Aquaponics, hydroponic and vertical planters in school.

f. Feed the fish in Aquaponics and school pond during working days.

g. Assist students in planting in the gardens – vertical planters, Aquaponics and hydroponic during the period of specific programmes

h. Any other duties as assigned by the HOD or school.

Qualifications and Skills 

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills

and experience:

     a. Full GCE O Level or A Level certificate or its equivalent

     b. Good communication and interpersonal skills

     c . Good team player who is resourceful and has a high level of initiative

     d. Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks

     e. Proficient in MS Office

     f. Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations

    g. Knowledge of first-aid and gardening

    h. Has at least 3 years of experience working in a primary school or related field.
