Production Officer

Location: Joo Koon (Gul Way), Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: Approx. SGD 2,700–3,000 (including allowances & OT)
• AWS: 1-month salary
• Performance Bonus: 1–1.5 months

Shifts & Work Schedule:

• Monthly Rotation Shift: Day shift (7:30 AM–7:30 PM) one month, night shift (7:30 PM–7:30 AM) the next month
• Work only 4 days a week
• Optional OT for extra days
• Breaks Included: 30-minute meal break, 2 tea breaks (15 minutes each, paid as OT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a physically fit and detail-oriented Production Officer to operate and monitor battery production machines while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor battery production machines efficiently.
• Lift and handle loads of 10–15 kg as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Load raw materials and ensure smooth production flow.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major faults.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in shifts.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
