Role Summary
The Executive / Senior Executive – President’s Office will work closely with the President, providing administrative, coordination, and operational support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters while supporting leadership activities and business operations.

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive-level support to the President’s Office, ensuring smooth communication, efficient execution of directives, and effective management of day-to-day and strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Senior Management and coordinate activities across departments.
- Execute instructions from the President and closely follow up on project-based and operational activities.
- Review, summarize, and consolidate reports from Senior Management for the President’s review.
- Plan, organize, and manage the President’s travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on products and business-related materials.
- Assist with personal assignments and errands as directed by the President.
- Coordinate meetings, ensure punctual attendance, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Handle administrative and financial tasks assigned by the President.
- Accompany the President for local, outstation, and overseas meetings or events when required.
- Work beyond normal office hours as and when necessary.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the President.
Work closely with the President on daily office operations and assigned tasks. - Take accurate minutes during meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams and senior management on behalf of the President.
- Execute instructions from the President and track progress of assigned matters.
- Assist in planning schedules, meetings, and official engagements.
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
- Accompany the President for outstation assignments and official engagements when required.
- Support ad-hoc duties and special projects as directed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Aeronautical, Computer Hardware, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience; experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to Top Management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
