Diamond Video QC & Inventory Executive

Role Summary

The Diamond Video QC & Inventory Executive will be responsible for V360 and Cutwise video quality checks, file and certificate management, and maintaining accurate diamond inventory listings for our CRBN e-commerce platform. The role requires strong attention to detail, structured file handling, and hands-on experience in diamond back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities Video QC & File Handling

• Review and QC V360, Cutwise, Dibox and related diamond videos.
• Ensure videos meet clarity, angle and completeness standards.
• Rename and organize video files and folders as per certificate or parcel numbers.
• Upload V360 folders using Showcase Uploader and MP4 videos using Cloud Uploader
• .Ensure mandatory video availability based on carat criteria (0.30 ct+, 1.50 ct+).
• Download and upload GIA and IGI certificates to relevant platforms.

Inventory & E-commerce Management

• Upload and update diamond listings on the CRBN e-commerce platform.
• Ensure accurate product details including videos, certificates and stone attributes.
• Maintain visibility and accuracy of all stones listed on the portal.
• Track and update inventory status in coordination with internal teams.

Data Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile CRBN inventory with Diamtrade stock records.
• Identify gaps, mismatches, missing videos or incorrect file names.
• Maintain clean and structured digital folders for all assets.
• Follow deletion or archival protocols including 90-day deletion cycles.

Operational Coordination

• Track stones sent for videography and update systems after file receipt.
• Coordinate with external teams for V360 processing and uploads.
• Support data accuracy across V360 Showcase, Cutwise and CRBN systems.

Candidate ProfileMust-Have Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in diamond video QC, back-office or inventory operations.
• Strong understanding of V360, Cutwise, Dibox and diamond file workflows.
• Experience handling GIA and IGI certificates and stone documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in file handling.
• Ability to manage large video datasets and follow naming conventions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Diamtrade or diamond ERP systems.
• Exposure to helium reports and fancy shape stone documentation.
• Experience in e-commerce inventory uploads for diamonds.
