Role Overview
We are looking for strong International Inside Sales professionals experienced in US voice-based B2B selling. In this role, you will pitch directly to senior business leaders in the US, identify potential opportunities, and support sales conversions through structured qualification, follow-ups and solution pitching.This is a consultative sales role, not consumer calling or transactional support. Fast career growth into US Sales leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities Outbound calling to US decision-makers (80–100 calls/day)
- Understand business needs, run discovery & pitch value propositions.
- Qualify opportunities & drive high-quality sales meetings.
- Manage a structured follow-up process to convert prospects into revenue.
- Share solution decks/proposals & respond to product/service queries professionally.
- Maintain CRM hygiene — pipeline, conversations & forecasting updates.
- Achieve weekly/monthly goals on meetings, conversions & revenue KPIs
Must-Have Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years in US night-shift processes (Inside Sales / International B2B Outbound)
- Excellent spoken English with neutral/American accent preferred
- Strong confidence in pitching to senior decision-makers (CXO/Director/VP)
- Target-driven mindset with success in sales or revenue-linked KRAs
- Persistence, objection handling & structured follow-up capabilities
- Comfortable with Mon–Fri US shift working hours
Preferred Background
- US B2B inside sales / appointment setting
- International Collections/Retention with sales conversion exposure
- SaaS / Tech / Consulting inside-sales roles(Preference only — final selection based on skill & calling intensity)
