Join our dynamic team as an SMB Success Account Manager, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with US small business clients through consistent, meaningful engagement. The role focuses on account growth, client retention, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular engagement with US SMB clients and business owners
- Drive successful product implementation and adoption
- Provide proactive account support and address client concerns
- Monitor account health and take necessary actions
- Facilitate client training sessions and document feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze churn, retention, and revenue opportunities for upsell/cross-sell
Key Success Indicators:
- Client engagement levels
- Account health metrics
- Product adoption and success
- Response quality and client satisfaction
- Onboarding effectiveness
- Revenue growth via upsell/cross-sell
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years in customer-facing roles
