Job Summary
We are seeking an Advertising Product Manager who will lead the development of revenue-driving advertising products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define product strategy, manage cross-functional projects, and launch innovative advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of advertising products that maximize customer revenue, profit, and satisfaction
- Identify real customer challenges and incorporate sales team insights to define product strategies and requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, creative, governance, and other cross-functional teams to manage projects
- Launch new advertising products and enhancements
Main Product Areas
You will be assigned to one or more of the following:
- Programmatic ads (search, display, coupon) both on-site and off-site
- CRM services (email newsletters, social media)
- Advertising analytics and reporting tools

Requirements – Must-Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising (sales or planning) or equivalent skill set
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Logical and analytical thinking skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience leading or managing development projects
- Hands-on advertising operations experience
- Business-level English communication
- Experience managing profit and loss (P&L)
English Requirement
- TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent proof of English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
- Proof must be provided by the time of offer; if unavailable, a TOEIC IP test may be conducted during selection
