Job Description
The Business Management Leader Candidate will play a key role in driving the operational and financial performance of the Quick Commerce Division. This role involves business planning, financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making and division growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and monitor budget plans for the division
- Prepare internal reports and presentations for management
- Conduct forecasting and variance analysis for P&L and key KPIs
- Perform data analysis, including KPI tracking and competitive benchmarking
- Work closely with the corporate accounting team to support sales and accounting operations
- Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance

Requirements – Must-Have
- Experience in data analysis and preparation of P&L
- Basic understanding of daily goods retail industry and e-commerce operations
Nice-to-Have
- Accounting knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 2
- Experience in profit/loss simulation and advanced data analysis
