Job Overview
The Business Operations Lead will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving service quality, and supporting business performance through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities will be assigned based on individual strengths, with future opportunities to take on team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve service quality by leveraging CS and NPS feedback from merchants and users
- Design and manage operational workflows for new service launches, including outsourced functions
- Build monitoring infrastructure for KPIs and P&L using tools such as DOMO and SQL
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Support internal management meetings and cross-functional coordination
- Work closely with the corporate accounting team on financial operations
- Identify internal issues and propose practical, data-driven solutions
Work Environment
- Department size: ~70 members
- Business Management Group: 1 Manager, 4 Employees, 4 Temp/Part-time Staff
- Team composition: Mainly professionals in their 20s–30s with a flat, collaborative culture
- Backgrounds include mid-career hires from sales and accounting, and new graduates
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Plus one of the following:
- Experience in data analysis or P&L creation
- Experience in workflow improvement, design, or implementation
- Basic project management experience
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in corporate strategy or business planning
English Requirement
- TOEIC 800+ or equivalent English proficiency
- Proof required by offer stage; if unavailable, a TOEIC IP test may be administered during the selection process
