About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This role requires strong written communication skills, fast and accurate typing ability, and a willingness to provide excellent customer service. If you are a fresher or have up to 6 months of experience in support roles, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and support requests efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers primarily through written channels.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responses.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Freshers can apply; prior support experience is a plus.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Typing speed: 45+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Candidates living close to HSR Layout preferred (having own vehicle is a plus).
  • Commitment to stick with the role for the long term (frequent job hopping will be a red flag).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
