Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. You will manage performance, collaborate with media partners, and contribute to brand-building strategies while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute large-scale digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize ads on Google, Yahoo, Instagram, X, TikTok
  • Use influencers to enhance social media engagement and reach

Project & System Management

  • Define system requirements for internal marketing tools
  • Lead and manage related projects to improve operational efficiency

Collaboration & Communication

  • Conduct regular meetings with media partners in both Japanese and English
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies and performance

Brand Marketing

  • Lead brand-building initiatives from strategic planning to execution
  • Drive creative and data-driven marketing approaches

Onboarding Process

  • Participate in onboarding sessions to learn about the group and business
  • Join regular meetings with internal teams and external media partners
  • Define your areas of responsibility and begin planning new initiatives

Work Environment

  • Department size: ~100 members
  • Digital Marketing Group: 10 members
    • 1 Manager, 3 Assistant Managers
  • Average team age: ~30

Requirements – Must-Have

  • 3+ years of online ad operations experience (listing, display, or SNS)
  • Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Team-oriented mindset and proactive communication
  • Experience at advertising agencies or media companies
  • Marketing strategy planning experience
  • SQL/BigQuery knowledge
