Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, commissioning, and maintenance of products at customer sites, including performing necessary upgrades or retrofits.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and their applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance during installation and commissioning activities.
- Keep accurate service records and submit detailed, timely reports on equipment performance and operations.
Qualifications
- Certification to conduct field service in accordance with local regulations, or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with installation and commissioning of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
