Job Summary
As a Genre Marketing Planner, you will own end-to-end marketing responsibilities for assigned product genres—covering strategy, campaign planning, execution, creative direction, and performance analysis. You will collaborate across teams to drive user engagement, improve UX, and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Develop genre-specific marketing strategies
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns (e.g., TVCM, digital ads)
- Design conversion-focused marketing initiatives
Execution & Creative Development
- Lead UX and communication design implementation
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce visuals and messaging
- Manage multi-channel promotional activities
Performance Management
- Measure campaign effectiveness using behavioral and psychological insights
- Manage performance data and continuously optimize strategies
Example Projects
Fashion THE SALE
- Develop overall event marketing strategy
- Create engaging UX for event pages and user incentives
- Execute digital and TVCM promotions and manage creative deliverables
Ongoing Genre Promotions (e.g., Prepared Foods)
- Plan messaging, channel selection, and campaign frequency
- Lead creative development with agencies
- Integrate data insights to enhance campaign results
Requirements – Must-Have (any of the following):
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Marketing or planning experience in a business company, ad agency, or consulting firm
- Experience managing KPIs and budgets
- Project management experience
- Team leadership experience
English Requirement
- TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent English proficiency (e.g., English-medium university degree)
- Proof required by the time of offer; otherwise, a TOEIC IP test may be administered
