Role: Human Resource Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst with strong expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets. The role involves managing HR data, preparing reports, supporting performance management processes, and contributing to HR initiatives through data-driven insights. This position plays a key role in improving HR efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from multiple sources including employee records, payroll, management inputs, and surveys.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and metrics using advanced Excel and data visualization techniques.
- Generate reports on HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment data, and performance evaluations.
Performance Management
- Manage and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of performance appraisal cycles.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on PMS usage and performance processes.
HR Processes & Systems
- Assist in developing and improving HR processes and systems for better efficiency.
- Conduct periodic audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations.
Employee Relations
- Provide analytical support for employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in resolving HR-related concerns by offering relevant data and insights to support decision-making.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy development, process improvement, and HR system implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational initiatives and change management efforts.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar analytical HR role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization) and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS) and HRIS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
