  • Maintaining Assets tracking and movement
  • Broadcasting of Patches and Scheduled Maintenance
  • Logging case and escalating to engineers, Email Transactions
  • Issue RSA token and Internet Separation Devices and maintaining the asset inventory of it as well
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Windows VISTA / Windows7/ Windows8
