- Raising of Service Requests, Tracking of SRs, assets and organizational activities
- Maintaining Assets tracking and movement
- Broadcasting of Patches and Scheduled Maintenance
- Logging case and escalating to engineers, Email Transactions
- Issue RSA token and Internet Separation Devices and maintaining the asset inventory of it as well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Windows VISTA / Windows7/ Windows8
