Job Overview

The Logistics Strategy Planner will play a key role in shaping and executing logistics strategies for the Fashion Business. As the business continues to scale, logistics and delivery operations must evolve to meet growing user expectations. This position focuses on improving user convenience, optimizing supply chain flows, and reducing costs—directly influencing customer satisfaction and contributing to long-term business value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business growth
  • Lead warehouse expansion planning to support mid-term volume increases
  • Improve inbound logistics speed through system enhancement and supplier coordination
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives across delivery methods, packaging, and gift services
  • Define business and operational requirements for OMS, WMS, and BI tools
  • Work with external partners (3PLs, logistics companies) and internal cross-functional teams
  • Prepare reports and strategic proposals for senior management
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support end-to-end service excellence

Work Environment

  • Department size: approximately 120 members
  • Group size: around 10 members
  • Team age range: late 20s to 30s

This role provides exposure to multiple departments and external partners, enabling strong leadership skill development.


Requirements

Must-Have (any of the following)

  • Experience planning, operating, or improving user-facing delivery services in e-commerce
  • Experience in SCM strategy, service planning, or logistics roles within e-commerce
  • Minimum 3 years in strategy, operations planning, or business process improvement (consulting or corporate)
  • Basic understanding of retail or e-commerce industries

Nice-to-Have

Project Management

  • Led large-scale logistics or operations projects (e.g., WMS implementation, warehouse relocation)
  • Experience with cross-functional service design or process improvement
  • Experience in KPI design and PDCA execution

Systems & IT Literacy

  • Understanding of OMS/WMS systems
  • Experience with BI tools or SQL for analysis
  • Familiarity with API/data integration and collaboration with development teams

Industry Knowledge

  • Experience working with fashion e-commerce logistics (SKU complexity, returns, pre-orders)
  • Awareness of domestic/international logistics trends
  • Experience managing 3PL partnerships (contracts, coordination, quality control)

English Requirement
