Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated professional to lead new business development and support existing clients within the Golf Business division. In this role, you will collaborate with external partners, help onboard them to the platform, and drive revenue through enhanced lesson reservations and data-driven consultation.
(No golf industry experience required—comprehensive training provided.)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development activities (60%)
- Conduct consultative sales for existing clients (30%)
- Propose website and service improvements
- Analyze operational and sales data to identify opportunities
- Contribute insights for product planning and enhancement

- Golf Business Division: ~160 employees
- Business Innovation Department: ~30 employees
- Team Composition: Primarily in their 20s–30s
- Hiring Mix: 40% new graduates / 60% mid-career hires
- Mid-career backgrounds include: travel, finance, and manufacturing industries
Requirements – Must-Have
- Sales experience (B2B consultative sales, consulting, web/advertising, or manufacturing sales preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for client visits
- Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- TOEIC 800+ or strong motivation to achieve this score within two years
Nice-to-Have
- Interest in golf or experience as a golfer
Location Details
- Initial posting: Tokyo or Nagoya
- Nationwide transfers may occur
- Business locations: Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka
- Location preferences will be considered but not guaranteed
English Requirement
- TOEIC 800+ or equivalent English proficiency (e.g., degree from an English-speaking university)
- Proof of English level must be submitted by the offer stage
- If unavailable, a TOEIC IP test may be administered during the selection process
