Job Overview

In this role, you will contribute to organizational design, HR system planning, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives that directly support business growth. You will collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional teams to develop systems, processes, and programs that enhance productivity, retention, and organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities

1. HR System Planning & Design

  • Plan, design, implement, and operate HR systems (evaluation, compensation, grading, career development, retention)
  • Develop and manage employee career development programs
  • Identify and resolve talent development and retention challenges
  • Design and promote talent management programs (discovery, development, placement, evaluation, promotion)
  • Lead productivity improvement initiatives using AI and internal systems

2. Recruitment & Development Initiatives

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
  • Design and manage training programs for various levels and functions

3. Executive Support

  • Act as HR partner to executives and business leaders
  • Prepare HR reports and proposals linked to management strategy

4. HR Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze employee survey results and HR data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Combine quantitative data and employee feedback to design new HR initiatives

Work Environment

  • Division size: ~700 (Ad & Media Company / Global Ad Division)
  • Team size: 7 (Organizational Planning Section)
  • Age range: 20s–40s
  • Hiring mix: Over 50% mid-career professionals

Requirements

Experienced Candidates (Must-Have)

  • HR planning experience at a business company or
  • Project experience at an HR consulting firm

Potential Candidates (No Experience Required)

  • No prior HR experience required
  • Strong motivation and genuine interest in building a career in HR

  • Experience in talent development, recruitment, or organizational development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Background in consulting or training companies
  • English proficiency (collaboration with overseas group companies)
