Location: Balakong, Selangor – Malaysia
Salary Package: RM3,500 – RM5,500 (inclusive of allowances)
Allowance: RM150 (Transportation)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Candidate Criteria
- Ethnicity: Only Chinese candidates preferred
- Gender: Open to Male or Female candidates
- Age: Must be below 30 years old
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in purchasing or procurement operations preferred
- Must have SAP system knowledge
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for communication with China/Taiwan suppliers
- Other Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Role Summary
The Purchasing Executive will support the procurement process by sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external vendors while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, terms, and conditions
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes: purchase orders, supplier/freight forwarder liaison, customs clearance, and goods delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to gather and fulfill procurement needs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchases and supplier information
- Evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with Group procurement policies and ISO procedures
- Participate in ISO audits and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
