Location: Southern / Northern Malaysia (including Klang Valley, Sabah & Sarawak)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary & Benefits Package:
- Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 9,000 (inclusive of allowances)
- Allowance:
- RM 700 (within Klang Valley)
- RM 800 (outstation)
- RM 50 (toll allowance)
- Petrol Card: Provided upon confirmation (Before confirmation: reimbursement – 80/20 Klang Valley, 85/15 Outstation)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, self-driven, and enjoys working in a client-facing, field-based environment. The role involves handling existing accounts, developing new business, and achieving sales targets in the retail electrical and mechanical product sector. Candidates with experience in water pumps, piping, air-conditioning, construction, or mechanical sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Criteria:
- Gender: Female preferred, but male candidates will be considered
- Ethnicity/Language: Chinese or Indian candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred
- Age: Below 30 years
- Education: Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales (preferably in water pumps, piping, air-conditioning, or construction/mechanical sectors)
- Candidates with experience in hardware, electrical, or FMCG retail sales are welcome
- Others:
- Must possess own transport
- Willing to travel frequently (3 outstation weeks/month)
- Willing to work across Klang Valley and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
- Must be able to join immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores, resellers, and electricians to promote products and take orders
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, payment collection, and resolution of issues
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to management
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and collection targets
- Participate in team training, briefings, and product launches
- Provide field reports and territory updates to the Sales Manager
