Sales Manager (SI / Principal)

Location: HQ Office – 3Two Square, Petaling Jaya

Job Summary:

The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (System Integrator / Principal) to lead our ICT sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, proven experience in technology sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, principals, and key clients
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and industry engagement
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience (preferably in ICT / technology industry)
• Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and distribution channels
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
