Senior Executive – Mediation

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven legal professional to lead and scale mediation and dispute resolution initiatives. This role blends legal expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and business development.
As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will own end-to-end mediation processes, manage complex cases, contribute to policy and strategy development, and represent the organization across key forums and institutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and building impactful, scalable solutions in the legal-tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep subject-matter expertise in ADR/ODR, particularly Arbitration and Mediation
- Manage end-to-end mediation case lifecycles, ensuring quality, compliance, and TAT adherence
- Handle complex case escalations and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction
- Track and interpret evolving mediation frameworks, regulations, and best practices
- Translate legal insights into actionable internal policies, SOPs, and process improvements
- Conceptualize and execute mediation/ODR initiatives with defined goals, timelines, and impact
- Partner with leadership to drive mediation strategy, institutional programs, and long-term roadmap
- Build and manage relationships with mediators, institutions, courts, and ecosystem partners
- Oversee mediator empanelment, onboarding, training, and performance frameworks
- Drive feedback loops, analyze trends, and implement process and platform improvements
- Act as a spokesperson in mediation forums, policy discussions, and industry engagements
- Drive business development initiatives including lead generation, pitching services, and deal closures
- Represent the organization while engaging with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, and Courts
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualification: LLB / LLM (mandatory)
- Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in ADR/ODR, arbitration, or mediation)
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Arbitration, Mediation, and ADR/ODR frameworks
- Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
- Proven ability to work independently with high ownership (IC role)
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Experience in policy development and strategic planning
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation
