Job Title: Technical Project Support Manager
Role Summary
The Technical Project Support Manager is responsible for overseeing technical project operations, supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, and managing the execution of hardware/software deployment and leasing projects. This role requires a strong understanding of ICT systems, excellent tender management skills—especially in e-Perolehan—and hands-on experience in managing service-level agreements and vendor coordination for both private and government-sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Execution
- Coordinate and support ICT project implementation, ensuring technical deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and vendors to deliver hardware maintenance and leasing services efficiently.
- Monitor and track project progress, proactively flagging risks and delays.
Tender Management & Documentation
- Lead preparation and submission of proposals and tenders for both government and private sector projects.
- Manage the full e-Perolehan lifecycle including registration, bid submission, documentation compliance, and clarification processes.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate tender documentation.
Pre-Sales & Solution Support
- Provide technical input for customer proposals and quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and customer consultations as needed.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and solution architecture for ICT hardware and software requirements.
ICT Equipment & Service Management
- Oversee leasing, servicing, and lifecycle management of computer hardware and software.
- Ensure uptime and performance of leased equipment and coordinate periodic maintenance with vendors.
- Maintain records of service contracts, warranties, renewals, and incident resolutions.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related ICT discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project support or technical project management.
- Proven experience in:
- Government and private sector tender processes, especially e-Perolehan.
- Pre-sales support for ICT solutions.
- Hardware maintenance, leasing services, and service contract execution.
- Sales and servicing of computer equipment, including both hardware and software components.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with enterprise hardware and networking systems.
- Knowledge of ICT compliance, procurement protocols, and project documentation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello), and CRM/ERP systems (advantageous).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, follow-up, and decision-making skills.
