Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Representative with a strong background in international BPO telesales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a result-driven approach, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. The role involves lead generation, sales closures, and meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities or other sources.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies.
• Stay updated on product features and market trends to handle objections and close deals effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and comply with international sales standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
• Customer-centric attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.

• Education: HSC and above.
