Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for truck and bus segments. Identify and secure new corporate clients such as logistics, construction, public transport, and private operators. Expand market share in both fleet and institutional sales. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and delivery.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and fleet customers. Understand customer operational needs to propose customized vehicle solutions. Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and long-term agreements while ensuring high customer retention and repeat business.
Product & Solution Selling: Promote the full range of trucks and buses, including specifications and applications. Work closely with technical and after-sales teams to ensure solution fit.
Tender & Project Management: Manage government and large-scale tender submissions, especially for the bus segment. Prepare proposals, documentation, and compliance requirements. Coordinate internally to ensure timely and competitive bids.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in logistics, public transport, and infrastructure projects. Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings. Provide feedback to management on market demands.
Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing on campaigns and product launches and coordinate with after-sales/service teams for customer support.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis. Track KPIs and ensure achievement of sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for commercial vehicles, automotive, or heavy equipment.
Proven track record in corporate/fleet sales.
Strong knowledge of truck and/or bus markets, including logistics, transport, or infrastructure sectors.
Experience handling tenders, especially government or large contracts, is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel frequently.
