Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Enterprise Acquisition efforts in the Indian market. This is a pure hunting role, focused on identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise clients while exploring new industry use cases. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and elevating our brand among large-scale organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Acquisition: Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for new enterprise accounts.
  • Market Development: Identify untapped market opportunities and design industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and professional networking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to facilitate deal progression.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and position our offerings as impactful, business-critical solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and market intelligence to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a pure hunting sales role, preferably in the B2B or enterprise space.
  • Proven ability to generate leads through proactive outreach and networking events.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in resolving complex client issues with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools.
